You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by SAM Beauty International, LLC within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped by Lux Hair between November 15th and December 23rd cannot be returned until after January 10th.
You will receive your refund usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 7-10 days after we receive and process your return.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will ship you a replacement for the exact item. If you would like to exchange one item for another, you can exchange it for a different size or product in your Cart. Shipping costs will apply.
All orders shipping costs will have standard rates apply for ground UPS or USPO. You can expedite your order for an additional fee which will be applied on your Cart at checkout.
Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order’s shipping costs.
You can ship to a U.S. delivery address in the 50 states only.
You can ship to APO/FPO addresses only when they have a U.S. zip code. Only USPO will ship to PO Boxes.
